Off road lights?

Off road lights?
I have 2 Procomp 100w lights I'm going to hook up. I have HID's installed for my low beams and its getting power from a relay, so only one factory headlight plug is being used to tell the relay to turn on. So their is the second factory plug that would power the drivers side headlight that's not in use. My question is can I use the high beam wire from that unused plug to power the off road lights or should I run it through a relay?
