Today we hit awesome temps for the area, high 60's. I took that opportunity to remove my pin stripes. I planned on removing the door guards, but held off after slightly peeling one back. The double sided tape looked to be filthy, and in a poor state. For now they're staying. Has anyone else removed door guards from such an old truck? If so, how was the paint match? There's a bit of color difference under where the pin stripes were, but nothing a good clay and wax can't handle. On to the pics...

I'm closing on a house next week, so I've been packing. I found a pair of mtx 10" subwoofers and got motivated. I had a ****ty 300 watt amp sitting around, so all I needed was a box. I would love one of those under the seat boxes and might get one sometime, but for now I found one at Walmart. It's a snug fit, but its like the box was made to fit right behind the console. Sounds pretty damn good, and only cost me 30 Bux.

Tonight the Plastidip bug bit me, I sprayed my bumpers. My wheels will be done this weekend, and that will take care of all of that ugly chrome.

Idk bout the black bumpers I think ptm would look super clean.... But while you're dippin you should do your wheels like this photoshop I did on an old pic of mine.

The best thing about plastidip is that if I don't like it, no biggy. I want to get rid of all of the chrome though. I haven't been on much because this new house has been stealing all of my mod monies.
