Question Obnoxious ticking noise (video included)

Hello everyone,
longtime lurker first time poster
i have a 1999 150 4.2v6 with a standard 5 speed in it ive recently had the original clutch replaced in it(within the last year) its got 250k on the clock and its just started this clicking noise its getting louder over the last week and i think ive got it narrowed down to the clutch somewhere, just really confused on this and i need some help

I don't have a standard,but on my stang it was the throwout bearing. If push clutch in a little way and noise goes away then I would recommend to change this.

It turns out no oil in the dang motor will cause it lol

Just the sound of the engine eating itself up, nothing to worry about.
My oldest brother brought his Ranger to me and said it was running bad, had no pickup, was noisy, was running hot, and would shut off at idle. Guess what? Only one quart of oil including the filter. Not only had he never checked the oil, he never changed the oil. What was left of the oil looked like chocolate syrup.
LOL
But the engine survived fine after a flush and oil change, and a severe scolding by me.
Fords are tough, anything else would have blown up. (2.5L - 4)
