Default T-case interchangability

I have a '00 V6, 5speed, 4x4 with a manual transfer-case. The t-case is broken. I'm not sure if it can be fixed, and I don't have the time if it can be. So I'm looking to put in a junkyard t-case. From my research there are several versions of the Borg-Warner 4406 t-case installed in the '97-'03 F-150s.
Tag #s are

XL34-7A195-AA manual shift
XL34-7A195-AB manual shift
XL34-7A195-AC manual shift
XL34-7A195-BB electric shift
XL34-7A195-BC electric shift

I'm not sure which t-case I have, the metal tag has been ripped off and the sticker is hard to read. I can read everything but the last 2 letters. I'm going to have to get under there with a good flashlight and a mirror.

Does anyone know for sure which ones will "bolt in" exchange with the others?
I would rather stay with another manual t-case, but it's really hard to find one near me. There are electric ones all over though. If I have to I would wire in my own toggle switches, unless someone with more experence than me says it not a good idea.
