Default O2 Sensor Part Numbers

I'm trying to purchase new O2 Sensors. All four.
I find every different number and description in the world out there on these things. Heated downstream upstream 4100 banks 1 and 2 whatever.
For an 01 F150 Lariat Super-crew 5.4L 2WD 4R70W Trans - There must be some definitive answer as to what parts I buy?
Went to Rock-Auto and became VERY confused, Auto zone is all over the map. Everyplace I go they use different terms.
Anyone know for sure, I'm guessing enough as it is.

Right, same exact sensor at all four points. The difference is harness length. Like say you installed Long tube headers. You would need to order rear for the front, I think they are 19's. I can't remember but yea, in order to get away from extenders for the front, you order rears w/long harness. That's the main difference "length". You need what jstockert posted above. If your looking for originals OEM replacements that is.
