Default Not sure what to get

2003 fx4 supercab and I need tires bad.. What's the biggest I can run without/ and with it being level?

Plan on getting a 2.5" rough country level just want to see if I can get tires first or have to get the level first to clear tires,. Let me know what I can fit

I'm thinking about 2.5" rough country level with 295 70 17 trail grapplers
