Default no heat

Ok, so I've been trying to research this issue, and it seems it comes down to either the blend door, the actuator, or a few other related parts. Here's my quandary. I own 2 Mustangs, a 96 and a 98, and when I rotate the temperature control ****, they make a ratcheting or clicking sound, my 97 F150 does not. Are these systems different, or is it possible something is "stripped" out? When it comes to engines, suspension, etc., I can hold my own, but these other systems have me a little stumped.

the temp control **** is a silent smooth motion, different from your mustangs. I doubt that is the problem.

Figured, 'bout how my luck runs. I've listened real close and hear no sound to indicate any internal movement when i move the ****. Guess on to fuses first. Good luck to me.....sheez
