I think in A/T the ENGINE WILL STALL everytime you stop if the
BOO (Brake On/Off) Sensor is not working.

The PCM is using this BOO Sensor to engage/disengage the Torque Converter Clutch.

Runs just fine, I can release it from Park etc as well. Both switches are changed now so rules that out.

The fact that all 3 lights are out makes me think a fundamental wiring issue. I am sure that the rear stop lights and the middle light will be different circuits.

I just need to identify where the power loss is happening. Not to sharp with electrics but I will get there.

Right, crawl under the rear of the truck and check out the wiring. Mud/crud/foreign-matter collects over time which can eat a hole into the insulation thus, compromising current flow.

If you pull the tail light housings (easy to do) you can inspect the wiring further.

Is the Gear Selector Lock Working? The Lock should not release from Park if there is a faulty brake bulb.

If the brake lights are burned or not working it will cause rough idle on drive including the 3rd Brake Light,

Are you Sure fuse #15 is good?

Does it really cause rough idle if just your 3rd brake light is not working? Mine is not working and it idles and runs perfect.

The 3rd Brake Light has 3 Bulbs, if a bulb is burned out it can cause engine to idle to low on a Stop and Go causing some kind of pinging, light knock or vibration. There are times that the engine feels like it's going to stall when stopping. I'm not sure if this will happen if whole 3rd Brake Light is not working.

Does your Engine Idle Smoothly in Drive while stepping the brakes just like in Neutral all the time?

No issues with the drivability of the Truck. So that makes me think all inputs to the switches and GEM is fine.

If the parking switch was broke it wouldn't shift out of Park I don't think.

I think I need to try and see where the power is not getting through to at each point of both circuits.

That's what the Owner's Manual said. Can you shift out of Park without stepping on the Brakes?

REPLACING YOUR BRAKE LIGHTS BULB WILL SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

All your Brake Lights are burned out triggering the fail Safe mode.
