Default Newbie here w/ question

I have a 00 f 150 4x4 that I would like to lift with out spending a arm and a leg and half a kidney for.I was told that I could use the torsion bar clamps and screw them up to raise the front end I know that i will have to add blocks to the rear but I am just wondering if this is a good option to run a 32x12.50 x16 tire on the front or I may go with a 305 size if it will fit with out rubbing any info would be great and this site is really cool good tol know that there is others out ther that loves there f 150's
