Default New Tires

I have a 02 King Ranch Super Crew 4x4. I am looking for new tires and need a little help. What is the biggest size I can get without a lift or leveling kit (have 265 70 17 now)? I am looking for something aggressive and sweet looking. I like the Kumho Road Venture MT, does anyone have any experience with these? What is the lifespan, noise, traction? Is there something I should be looking at instead. Most of my driving is paved roads but MT's look cool. Is there an AT that would be better? It seems like everyone has BFG AT's so I would like to stay away from those. Any info that people have would help. Thanks.

hey rdancer,i have a 2001 screw with 26570r17 tires they are goodyear at/s slightly more agressive than the bfg's,i live in the northeast, use them in snow and muddy trails offroad for hunting in the fall.they give great traction in both, wear seems very good also.noise is not bad on the highway but gives a slight humm.as far a max size dont know, this size came stock on my rig as did yours.good luck with your tire choice!!!!!!

i have actually never had those but did a lot of research and came up with many pos things the tread is good but all any mt will wear on the highways and they are very agrresive the only other tires i like were the mud grapplers but they wear down extremely fast the rubber is extremely soft but yea id go with some road venture mt's those will be my next set
