f150 all gauges peg when i try to start
i have a 2000 f150 4.6l when i turn the key the starter turns over a little then stops and the gauges all peg to full. a few seconds later they go back to normal but when i turn the key again the same happens...the battery is charged and there is no clicking from relay or solenoid.. thank you for any help you could give me..

OVERTHINKER
When you say the battery is charged, have you had it checked or are you going by the fact that it starts without dragging? The most common cause of this is a battery going bad. Check the voltage to see if its above 12.6 volts.

new problem
well changing the ac wasnt worth the money since i do not use the ac. i decided to take off the ac compressor but i ran into some problems. the ac pulley tensioner does not work with 2000 4.6 motor . there is two pulley tensioners , had to buy the non ac tensioner.got it all back together now the motor runs rough .it shakes. idles at normal rpm around 750 and there is some hesitation when i step on the gas. any feedback would be great
