Visually and listen with the engine idleing, you can hear it if it is really bad.

What where the actual codes that came up?

It said system is running to lean? Not Bank 1 or Bank 2 running lean?

What ever the codes actually are, post them & you will get better answers, otherwise everyone has to just guess.
Most any Auto parts store will do a free check engine light check.
I personally prefer Napa, but where ever you go, get the codes wrote down & then post them & watch how fast many will help you in the right direction.

it is both banks that what it said it my first time using a scaner so ill try to get the code from it in a bit.
