need help f150 throwing fault codes
need help f150 throwing fault codes. I need help my parents f150 is a 2002 2wd 4.2 v6 and she is running like a slug. Gave her a tune-up thinking it might fix it but didn't help, i changed: plug, wires oils all that good stuff but it keep on jerking during acceleration and a little bit during idle every now and then. We took it to a mechanic and he told us it's the gaskets for the intake manifold, dose anyone have any experiences with this problem? How many different gaskets will i need and well I'm in there is it recommended to change anything else while I'm at it?
