Was driving to work this morning
And truck started leaking antifreeze it screws into top of intake right behind alternator has a rubber hose attached to it my truck is a 99 f150 5.4

I'm pretty sure it's a heater hose. Is it small on the passenger side of the motor?

Not heater hose this piece is metal and it screws in to intake has a small branch coming off of it and has rubber hose on it

Coolant cross over... heater hose is attached to it.

This piece screws into the coolant cross over there is a qtr inch hose attached

Can't get a pic to load I did some research people call it a hose bung thw rubber attaches to it runs to a pcv valve

So its the fitting where it goes from rubber to metal on the front passenger area of the engine bay?

Its about three inches tall its metal and has one nipple on side of it a qtr inch hose hooks up to it it screws n to the intake cross over its by alternator and hose runs around to the pass anger side
