There just a little on the small side. You'll need anywhere from 14psi-18psi to keep the 5.4 happy with enough CFM from 2 chargers. Also you may want to look into a blow thru maf setup as it will be easier 2 tune with twins. It'll work but it will induce a little too much heat. 65mm would be about perfect which is similar to the K05's which are actually 62mm.. Its gonna make boost really quickly..

I would think increasing the diameter of the pipe would slow the velocity of the air enough to let me run a lil lower psi. These say 460 cfm, sure you looked at the right ones ? Came off a 2.3 L

Sorry to get off topic, but my gf actually started to like reading my articles on here so I wanted to let everyone know she is helping with the build. The turbos were presents from her. Thanks Alyssa

Not sure on what kind of airflow you'll be generating. I'll let you guys figure that out

In regards to MAF's you may want to check out the ford racing 90MM as they can support a maximum of 450HP. If you get a smaller MAF you can easily peg it under WOT and the ECU will put the engine into an extreme lean condition. Just a word of warning. Don't want you to join the motor exploder club.

You could also pick up some lightning 42# injectors and a walbro 255 pump. Walbro GSS342 will be a direct replacement (plug n' play).

I'll shutup now

Thanks Dave. That was def my plan for injectors and pump.

I think I'm going go with throttle bodies from Wilson. (Not really duals but two vales). Still have to worry about what to do with the PCV stuff.

I really would love to stay in that hp range at the dyno and not go over it. Would like to see torque in the 500+ from 2200-4000. Unless I change turbos or change my hotside piping I'm going to run out of *** right at about 42-4500

^lol

Anyways, No idea what kind of torque you'll make. But 500+ would be insane. No idea on the pcv stuff. But I'm guessing an EGR delete is in order? Sounds like alot of that stuff will be determined based on the intake manifold you use.

Manifold bolt removal. Needless to say I'm drinking.
