Are you referencing his picture or a general question?

Referencing his picture. Underneath the water pump tube in the intake valley there is a bolt that threads down into the block. His has a ring terminals under it while mine has nothing so just curious to what it was.

Its like a stethoscope on a human. Monitors vibration/detonation and puts the PCM in fail sale if detected. Cost 72 bucks at ford new, but I'm not sparing any expense at this point.

As much money as you have wrapped up in this project I don't blame you. Anything to protect the engine is a good thing. lol

Just found a 00 navi in junkyard 400$ for motor and everything u can connect to it . My question is which forged crank is better 97 or 00 navi dohc
I figure if I can just swap a running motor then I can rebuild the sohc it still has power and sounds great so I know after the head gaskets it should be ok

Think all the navi's had forged cranks. Unless you are boosting it, both cranks work good.

That's a good deal
