Those things will make almost instant boost because they are so small. They may die alot sooner then you think. I will dig up a compressor map and see how well the will work with the amount of CFM a 5.4 moves @ 5k rpms and so forth. They are actually almost the equivalent to a K04. Which is 58mm.. Give me a hour or so and I'll see what I can dig up.

I would pin the wastegate shut and use a 50mm Tial.

Thanks again. Looking for minimal lag and max torque as low as possible. Waste gate is set factory at 7psi.

Them things are going to be way too small for even a stock 5.4. They only move a little over 200 CFM @ 10psi. Around 225 CFM @ 15psi and around 260 CFM @ 20psi. Your goona need something way bigger.. I mean they only have a 2.25" inlet with a 2" outlet and 3" DP. The stock 5.4 has a 70mm TB stock..

Sure you are looking at the right ones. These have 2.75 (60mm) inlets
