Add it gaskets, timing parts (with 12degree retard and advance), valve covers, all ARP hardware. I will be up around 6.5k or better with the engine built to hold as much power as I can throw at it. This is with me assembeling it...

oh yeah 250 to balance crank and rods.

4V is just getting 900hp rated stuff. Trying to turn it into a good reliable gas saver.

Yeah I know, I was saying for someone that couldn't/ didn't want to do it their self it probably be around that much more to get assembled/installed? But I guess that's kinda hard to pinpoint.

Yea, that would be about right for the complete enginge assembly and timing. I was quoted 500 just to put the pistons and rods in.

If i had someone doing all this, labor would def be up around the price of parts.

Im trying to not get my hopes up. I would like to have the enginge assemebled by this month (just the internals and heads on). Timing would be great too. Prolly looking at 3 more months before completion. Then I have to tow it to bristol TN to get it tuned and dynoed.

If all goes as planned after the dyno session, I will be going to street fights just to get an ideal of the power in a straight line. Bristol is know for their top fuel dragsters and 1/4" thunder valley track, so it will be nice to line up beside some of the new mustangs and see how it does...... with 305 70 MTRS lol

Just talked to MMR and pretty much told them to go F*** their-selves. They had not shipped my parts out after 2 weeks so we had a few harsh words. Went ahead and got JE .020 over bore -17cc forged pistons and carillo rods. That was my last time ordering anything from them.

Haha imagine that. MMR doesn't refund my money and two days later I get my parts.
