Head stud size is M11 X 1.5
The die chasing isn't a must, its optional if you don't have tight tolerances. If you have the ARP 2k's I would just run the nut down them before installation.

Here is the part # for the chaser if you want to use it. I wouldn't use it unless you find a thread messed up.

Thanks man. Wasnt a huge issue they all threaded in just fine. Block has been in a bag since it got out of the shop so everything should be clean. Just some studs were out a tad farther than others
