what made you take out the rcx. Was it because of the body lift or just quality? How much you spend on that sas swap doing all labour yourself looks sharp
Thank you!
The rcx was not up for the challenge of running 40s... it retains all of the factory wearable components... so I was replacing something what seemed to be once a week...

I spent around $1,800... but I found deals on my components... shopped around for months, planned it out for a month and built it in a month of after work and weekend hours

True that's why I definitely would plan to take my time do the research and do it right the first time. Along with fine adjustment. I am not running rebuildable rod ends seem to be lasting forever as of right now knock on wood lol

You did a good job on the sas, only reason I asked is cause I just bought a 5" rcx lift but I'm only rolling 35's. Should swap a 12v 5.9 cummins in her next....just yanking yer chain!

Would that be 4" above stock or 4" above Leveled?

4" above stock with a y-link... that should have plenty of clearance from everything granted the axle isn't pushed too far forward (pitman to diff cover clearance)... with a high steer setup the drag link starts getting too close to the passenger side frame rail at 4"

If I ever redo mine I will be moving it forward some so I can clear 40s lol 37s rub slightly at full turn when I hit bumps
