Looks like you did a really nice job!
I think you just convinced me to do this also....my bed doesn't look
too bad on my 2004, especially since it's been covered with a "Roll-N-Lock" bed cover AND the rubber FORD bed mat, but it does have the usual scratches from carrying various things around town.
Do you use the BED ARMOR "kit" or just a gallon of DUPLICOLOR?

i did the duplicolor "bed armor" (has Kevlar in it), it's the newest type, did it about a week ago, I'll see if I can take some pics. imo it's way better than the regular roll ons, which I find are better than nothing but not much more than paint.

I used the duplicolor stuff on my bedrails and bumper pad, I like the herculiner better, it has little rubber chunks ha ha. plus the duplicolor peels off rather easily. maybe thats only on plastic, but when i take my canopy off next summer im going to re do it with herculiner.

I used the regular duplicolor on only my tailgate. I put on about 3 or 4 coats and it looked great....for about 2 weeks, and only because I was really careful about not putting anything on my tail gate. Absolutely everything scratches and peels this paint even my little plastic tackle box.
I dont know about the new kevlar stuff but I would definitely warn everybody to stay away from duplicolor bedliner. There is a reason it is the cheapest.
