Yeah. Top piston to top of block at tdc. You wanna measure between cylinders because the pistons will rock.

Do you mean deck clearance? That is a typical measurement when trying to measure compression. FYI stock is .120"

^^^ thats the meaaurement I had in mind. I dont have any micrometers to measure but id be happy to get one for this build.

Thanks [MENTION=52877]4x4dave[/MENTION] I just checked an 9.4 is not quite enough for what I was looking for.

On Pump gas it would be perfect. E85 needs to be slightly higher for optimization.

I know I'm a bit preachy on the TF heads, but they have 38CC heads which will tighten up the compression a bit. E85 will be pretty cool though. You almost need some hemi pistons lol.
