Which head you need? Or both cause there's a left head on eBay for 100 bucks

Edit it's a 98 so never mid. There a right head off a 2000 e250 for 250

Traitor ^^

Although admittedly a turbo 4v setup will outperform a 2v setup all day.

Considering IM having to buy new heads and the 750 bucks I paid for the lightning itake is out the window. I may be running N/A for a month or so lol.

I'll just have some badass internals.

Ok soooo im lost at what to do with the heads.

Anybody have any real suggestions? Thinking about just getting them cleaned and resurfaced and calling it a day. Pressure checked etc that way I know they are in good shape and ready to go. The need for porting and new valves, etc seems to be overkill to me but what do you guys think?

Unless you are dragging and looking for TRUE HP numbers porting is a waste of of money in opinion. Those valves should he fine. I wouldnt run steel unless I was going 750+.

Get them checked and resurfaced then throw them on.
