I've been pissed all day. Need a new head due to a bur on one or the cam bearings/caps. 300 to repair and two weeks. Or either a new head. Fml

That's double the cams, valves, rockers, adjusters, springs. Shew a 5k or less project just turned into a 10k job. If I didn't already order the new pi 2v manifold I would be changing to a tt 4v. Any ideas ?

Sell it. go 4v you have a donor truck. Leave the topend stock for now get running and then upgrade topend.

Dont even bother with the 2v stuff seel it all and pickup a core engine from Car-part.com. Rebuild that way leave the top end stock which will give it a killer bottem tq band and just run a small 70mm single.

Haha the bottom end is already built with all Oliver stuff. Can't junk it. Got about 3k in parts so far without heads.
