Haha I'm not in the industry anymore. They come around often!!!! Regulations and saftety have been big concerns around here since some miners got killed last year. At least once a month, general inspectors weekly.

Cobra cams have 14 degrees more duration on intake cams and can yield up to 20hp. They are cheap and have small gains so I figured itd be worth a shot.
Found a guy on modular fords thats going to sell me some for $150 so thatll close up my cam debate. Time to piece this monster together.

1/10 the price of Aftermarket cams..can't beat that. Will take away from your low end though?

Less than that cams are 1300 bucks! Lol

Shouldnt affect low end enough to worry about.

Not looking for a Ford GT engine lol

Just a solid rebuilt engine thats a little more unique and powerful than your average rebuild.

So is this replacing the engine in the truck? Or what's the plan with that.

Yeah its going in place of my 5.4 thats been running lean forever and has a terrible exhaust leak and no ***** behind it.

It runs great and besides those two minor issues it does the job but I just want something fresh in there.

Also thinking about upgrading my radiator? Do you know the size/part number maybe of the navi radiator you put in your truck? I want to do that.
