Keep your number expectations low, you'll be lucky to fetch 300-315 N/A. BTW Stroke builds your cubes, not bore (.20 would put your 5.4 in the 333-335 CI range) .20 over is a common bore for rebuilds.

You won't gain anything by boring your motor. Boring is done to correct any imperfections in the cylinder wall. You might think about raising the compression level with different pistons.

My cylinder walls do have imperfections that's why I need them bored. Just didn't know how much is tolerable on these blocks. I am looking into new pistons and also a new forged crank but I'm not sure if I want to spend that much.

If you are thinking about supercharging, You need to think about your pistons also. Same with cams/head, To maximize SC

Also, besure you can find .20 over pistons... It might be cheaper and easier to buy .30 over...

I would stick with 20. Even with cams, heads,, LT's, and a good tune, you'd still barely be over 300 on the dyno. That's still good considering most if our trucks would probably only pull 220 or so
