Default Modding my F150

So far all I have done: Plastidipped all the black accents you see (door handles, those things on the side of the door forget what they are called, badges, both front and rear chrome bumpers, grille, and around the windows). Added a CAI K&N of course, got a couple kicker compr subs (dont worry removing the kicker stickers is on my to do list... wasn't me who put em on.. buddy of mine slapped em on) running at 1600 watts, pioneer touch screen bluetooth head unit, a hifonix 2400.1D amplifier, and pioneer 4 way door speakers. As far as exhaust goes, I'm running no cats no muffler straight pipe to a y pipe dual out with I believe 3 inch tips angled out at the back. New spyder headlights, yeah they are one piece and I DON'T CARE THEY WORK JUST THE SAME AND LOOK BETTER IMO that is why they are on MY truck . I think that is it so far, as you will see in the pictures below I am in the process of painting over all of the red with red plastidip, using the cans, and as you can see, it looks just as damn good as if I had bought the kit, its all about knowing how to actually use plastidip. In the future I plan on overhauling my engine bay and making it so when anyone opens the hood they are amazed. That's going to be my hardest project yet. Here are my pictures for what I have gotten done so far. I will take pictures of the interior one of these days, needs to be detailed before I show it to anyone lol.

Before any mods at all

After I painted the accents.

Got the headlights put in but not yet fully adjusted.

Painting the bumper and grille.

Fully adjusted the headlights and finished the grille and bumper.

Painted the tailgate just to see what it would look like, then decided to go ahead and paint the whole thing. Those aren't my taillights lit up haha, my buddy's headlights are shining on them, it would be pretty sweet if they lit up like that.

Painting the sides..

Finished with the the back both sides and I painted the rear chrome bumper black.

That's it so far, I had to go TAD for 3 weeks so I had to post pone the painting, will resume and finish probably this saturday.

I'm not a big fan of plastidip, it just looks cheap. Good idea if you want to see what the vehicle will look like before you paint it but to keep plasti dip on there, not a fan. I do like the black on red contrast though, that looks good.

Also, you will find out those headlights don't have the best light output. They work just not as good as I liked so I swapped out.

All I would do to your truck is put a smaller tire on it, the fenders look a little stuffed. Other than that, keep it stock.

Ah... Sadly, I agree. Not feeling the trim paint or the bumpers at all. It would look best all body colour and with real paint, not plastidip.

Wow. So much hate. I personally not a fan of plasti dipping a whole vehicle but. The red on black looks good.

Tyler, That must have taken quite a bit of time to freshen the look of your truck. Great job man, looks sharp, keep it up .
