Default misfire po307, not ignition problem !!!

need help, i own a 1999 f150 4.6 4x4 w/ kenne bell supercharger, it started to misfire while driving to work but code did not come on right away, code read po307 misfire # 7 . i checked resistance on ignition wire (ford racing 9mm) wire is good, pulled plug( autolite xp iridiums ) plug looked good but tried a new one just in case. replaced coil pack w/ msd 8241, still a misfire.

so, injector resistance good 14.5, i tried a noid on the injector connector, and no signal !!!! two wires on the injector pigtail is red (+) and tan w/ red stripe (groung signal) i have good connection on red, havent found the pin 72 on the pcm to see if i have a signal.

has anyone come across something like this before, and so what was the outcome?

anyone know if this is common?

thanks guys

for all those reading i have found the problem. there is a break in the injector wire from pcm. all that is needed for repair is running a new wire spliced at the pcm connector and injector connector, and everything works i dont know how common this is but for any of you that are baffled just email me i can give you more details.

don't know half of what your talking about, but I've got this miss and the autozone guy read the codes and said I had a problem with 3 & 4, and to read out the injector, but I don't know the reading I'm suppose to get. Do You?
