Default Max lift with bars and blocks & tire sizes

I just bought a 02 Supercrew fx4 4x4 with 16" x 8 a/mkt wheels with 265 70 16 tires. What I want to know is how much lift I can get out of the torsion bars adj. If the new Keys make it better I will put some on if the will raise it higher or ride better. If the front can raise higher than the rear I probably will put in 2" max. I also will probably need longer from shocks. What would be the tallest 16" tire thats no wider than 12" will fit with these mods? Thanks ,Chris

3" front lift, 2" rear lift with aftermarker torsion keys and shackles. tires are worn down 305 70r16's (33 12.00r16) on 16x8 rims. these tires only measure 31.5" tall but they are very worn. new nitto terra grapplers witll be 33". i can drive in town fine right now and on the freeway fine but i am going to either get longer shocks, or extend my stock ones.

forgot to mention that that is about as much as you would want to go. anymore and the ride quality really goes away. right now, mine is stiffer but it still rides good.
