How about the size or it ? Liters or cubic centimeters ? Attempting to figure out if you have coils or coil packs. So it uses plug wires ? Are you sure ?

Have you changed your 2 coil packs?

Or just spark plugs and wires?

Life time on the coil packs?

Go swap them back out with the wires too, and buy new spark plugs... That's what is do.

Also are all of your wires snapped on to the spark plugs and coils really good?

Since this started during a rain storm maybe you are getting water leakage onto the GEM or other electrical parts. My truck acted up during a drive home in heavy rain. Wipers would not shut off, intermittent engine miss. Once out of the rain things calmed down.
