No problem here. You made a statement that those of us who bolt on exhausts don't know any better. Fact is, you don't know any better for making such a blanket statement without considering access to shops, local prices, etc. As for the latter part that you don't understand, you implied that me not "owning" a thread makes me an insignificant person that craves attention. If that makes me insignificant in your eyes, I'm good with that.

Oh is that what your poopoo'ed about lol. Geezz, let me explain for you. Your correct, it was/is a blanket statement, but not in the way you took it. What I meant by that is not everyone is aware of all the options, - you have them and I provided a few. Make no sense getting butt hurt, - it wasn't personal for anyone.

BTW- the insignificant part. You now have the tools , work on it. Nobody's insignificant IMO. At times, actions can be.

Very few people would "take it" as you now describe. However, I don't care what you think I feel or how I "take it". Like I said, I'm good with it. We can pour another drink or we can keep this up all night.

Wish you had included that with your previous post. Like I said, we can pour another drink...and enjoy the rest of your extended weekend.

Glad you guys workded that out, lol... just kidding... anyway, I appreciate any and all comments that's why I came here. Like I said earlier, I have dealt with many local exhaust shops and had many exhaust set ups (so called custom set ups) and not one of them was even close the the quality of the Bassani set up. I have seen corsa, borla, magnaflow, ect... on other vehicles as well (full exhausts) and as they do cost way to much, IMO they are superb in quality. Scrapping my old exhaust is a great idea! That alone will help off set the cost either way. I went back under the truck the other day and the cats seem to be in "okay" shape. What I am planning on doing is just buying the catback for now then save some pennies and then get the high flow cats. Still I have to call Magnaflow and see when they are making the D/S cat. I might after all have to buy the cat alone and have just the D/S made up at a shop. I will let everyone know what I wind up going with and prices and what not just for the sake of being thorough.

Thanks,
Adam
