I originally bought the chrome ones as they were 10 bucks cheaper than the black ones, but they were out of the chrome ones so they sent me the black ones with no charge. look on ebay for cheap headlights, you will be resealing them so they dont have to be top of the line, dont pay over $85 for a set of heads and corners.

Noticed your windshield sticker and thought I had seen your truck elsewhere! Those look sweet! Makes me want to just order the stuff for it now even though I don't have the money to spare right now! Haha

mine have LED switchbacks in them, when the parking lights are on theyre white, when the blinker is on they blink amber...so theyre legal..I think, not sure if in TX I need to have any ambers facing fowards...but when my parking lights come on my LED Rigid Dually Ambers come on.

You should be fine... Mine are a 2 part light. 4 inner white LEDs that only turn on with the running lights, and an outer sideways U for the ambers. They only turn on with the signals. When I lock the truck, the whites only come on.

wow great write up. that answered alot of my questions. will a 3" or bigger lens fit? also will anything bigger then the 5Five work with a projector? the reason I'm asking is I'm thinking about using a 60 watt LED with heat-sink control module and all to go behind my projector.

The MH1 only comes in 2.5 size and 3five ballast configuration, it's sort of a base model kit but if you use 6000k bulbs it will be a dead match to your LED fog lights and beat any plug and play kit.
