A lift will almost always drop the front diff. A level will not.

Would something like this work decently? With the hydro shocks.

Again people will just give you blanket statements until you answer why exactly you're looking to lift...

I'm just looking to get some height. Maybe some larger tires in the future. I dont off-road literally to and from school/work. So mostly for looks. Plus my front right shock needs to be replaced soon.

Is it going to work? Absolutely. Does anyone here recommend it? Absolutely not. That is going to give you new torsion keys which will let you crank the front end above the 24.25" from the center of the hub to the fender. Usually you can get this height with stock keys. Any time you raise your torsion bars, your suspension will get a little more stiffer. What you are doing is putting more load on the front suspension.

Go out to your truck and measure from the center of the hub to the fender. What is that measurement?

33s or less? Just crank torsion bars to no more than 24.25"... That should be more than plenty to get you "level"
35s soon? just get a 3" BL lift
