Truck wont go foreward

Got in my truck and it acted like It was low on tranny fluid. Added some and now it won't got forward at all it will go backward tho. Even tried 4hi and wouldn't go foreward.
ETA: I do have a Edge had it set on 7% on all shifts and fluid was changed maybe 5 months ago. Also if you put it in drive and rev it up it shakes kinda but doesn't go anywhere.

I had a problem similar to this back when I put my new exhaust on (LT headers back). One of my O2 sensor wires burnt through and blew the fuse that runs the tranny shift (O2 senosr wire run into the same wire bundle as the tranny). Basically my truck went into "safe mode" and was stuck in third gear.
