Default leaky 97 f150 single cab
Noticed it leaking from the rear window roof area pretty steadily. Any fixes?\

Yeah pull the rear window and reseal it. Search function would have gotten you the answer you were looking for.

There's a 3 part video on YouTube that will show you exactly how to do it. It's not too bad.
