Default leaf springs

does anyone know how hard it is to add a leaf spring in the rear and who makes the best one?

Default suspension noises

I have a 99 F150 4x4 Lariat with just under 223,000 miles. Changed out my upper control arms due to bad ball joints, still need to do lower ball joints, but is there anything I can do to stop the squeeking from the leaf springs. I spray lube on it every once in a while but that only last a couple of days. The little plastic disc have eroded and broke away, what else can I use?

I broke my driver side leaf springs the other day and changed them out with a pair from the scrap yard. pretty easy, need a few jacks though to put one on the axle and one on the body. not that hard.
