Default Keypad Door Entry

http://www.lightningrodder.com/forum...d.php?t=120049

Found this when browsing other forums and thought id share it with you guys. Pretty easy modification if your truck is not equipped with a keyless entry keypad on the door handle. Ill be doing this soon for anyone that might have further questions.

Hopefully ibd2328 will see this and slap it in the FAQ section with all the other how to's.

I remember seeing that, and possibly doing to my own. Found the plug, but that door handle removal is gonna be a bitch...

Did they ever fix this problem? Made me double guess myself when I first wanted keyless entry. I deleted all the good information, sorry to all you criminals out there.

It isn't too complicated, its just a pain to reach the nuts that hold the door handle on.

Removing the door handle is not a huge deal (at least on the Supercrew).
I have taken my off 4-5 times at least.

I do remember someone saying the regular and super cabs are more of a pain though. Something about one of the nuts being a pain to get to.
