Default Rhino lined rims?

I know this is probably a dumb a dumb question but I've seen a lot of stuff rhino lined and I was just wondering can you rhino line rims? Because if you can I might look into that.

I think i'd rather powder coat, or just have them painted. Rhino is rather thick, and with rotation speeds it might not stick, and of course balancing would be a bugger trying to put wieghts on them.

I think if I remember correctly I wanted my chrome bumper on my 98 F150 to have rhino lining instead of those cheap step pads. However the shop told me that the chemical refuses to stick to chrome of any kind.
