just needing some questions answered
Iv got a 1997 ford f150 with the 5.4 and I was really considering supercharging it. Well I haven't had much luck finding a supercharger for that old of a model I was just curious if a supercharger that fits an 01 5.4 the motors are basically identical right? so it should bolt up the same. Or am I thinking about this all wrong?

You might try a ford lightning forum. You would have better luck on one of those forums getting good information from helpful people. I'd help you if I could, but I don't have a clue. You might try typing in 1997 f150 supercharger in the forum search bar and see what comes up.
