Spacers are generally used on a lifted truck where the tires wont rub the front valance. Also when wheels with the wrong offset are used on said lifted truck.

I wasn't talking about that truck, or maybe I was, how many valences do you have for that thing ?
In your pics of 4 up top, that one there , looks like a bus bumper. Probably the best part of the front end and it's been swapped. Looks like someone just put on whatever they could make fit. It really looks horrible IMO. Your truck has great potential, but someone went backwards with it.

I like the 97/98 personally but look at the 01-03 and some 04's front ends. You SHOULD see what I mean. If not, run with it, - pointing that out for yuh. Lights wouldn't be a problem and look much better in the factory set up.
BTW- the top half of the bumper set up is adjusted a little low = larger gap between grill and bumper...a little distasteful but can be fixed. Just need the right factory parts. With those tires, it needs just a little more hieght between a the tires and wheel arches. Not much, just enough for proper stance.

Hey he likes the way it looks, guess I'll leave him alone with that, but it looks terrible from the front IMO. Frankensteined Fugly.
