Welp tried swapping the battery out for the one in my other truck, little bit smaller battery but reading 12.8 volts versus the 12.4 on the other one same thing, any suggestions would be nice ?

You have a short somewhere. I would suspect mice chewing on insulation causing problems. Mice love burrowing under the dash and other places warm and dry. If you plan to drive the truck anytime soon I would bring it out into the light of day and go over all the wiring. I have seen nests in the air filter housing and wasps in the vents. If you live in the south like I do expect varmints to make a home in a parked truck. Dirt daubers love to fill holes. BTW, not everyone on this forum is online 24/7.

I know exactly where this is, just fixed mine. Take off the passenger side kick panel. There is one wire twards the bottom that is a ground wire screwed right into the side of the truck for the interior, this came loose and when I turned on my heater it would make a wierd noise and my turn signals made my interior lights flash. Its called a floating ground my friend.
I repositioned mine a little more up on the side as I had heavy rust repair to fix.
I hope this helps bud.
