Have a 2001 f-150 supercrew 4x4 I have recently replaced front shocks, upper and lower ball joints,front rotors , front calipers and front hubs. But I have a popping noise coming from front driver side mainly notice when turning while vehicle moving hear it sometimes when going over bumps. I jacked the driver side up really couldn't get it to make noise however when I spin front drivers tire cv shaft makes a clicking noise as it spins is this my problem ?

Sounds like one of your CV shafts is bad, as indicated by the popping when turning and the clicking.
