Default Installed F250/7700 Leaf Springs

Someone posted a link to F250/F150 springs a while ago and I thought I saved the link but now I can't find it.

Where do I get 7700 or equivalent leaf springs from for my Screw?

Found them:

Do I want the 1900# 3/1 or the 2200# 4/1 springs for my Screw?

Depends, do you haul a lot? Are you on a lift? For just every day loads a 3/1 will be good for you. If you ever need to haul more you can put in an AAL to make it a 4/1. With the 4/1 springs you may need new U-bolts, but you will be able to haul a lot more. I am on F-250 LD springs with an AAL so a 4/1. It rides great for me and handles every day loads along with overloads. If your funds allow and you haul things often, I'd get the 4/1 springs, if you don't but you just want to upgrade your springs then the 3/1's will be more than adequate.

Here is how much my truck squated with 2k lbs of dirt:

Default Trying to order F250/7700 Springs

Not trying to thread jack here but what is the stock carry capacity of these trucks? I've though of upgrading to the 2200 springs wondering what kind of lb difference there is. Also I don't think my truck "sags" but will they raise the rear and up a lot? As long as it's not more than an inch or two is fine I can remove my leveling block if necessarily

If your springs are good it will only lift the truck the thickness of however many more leafs there are. Add too much springs though and you may need new U-bolts and shocks. if your leaf springs are in good condition (not rusted and still sprung, etc.) then I would just put an AAL in them.

Red-Ford Quit giving bad information.

3/1 were originally for a 4wd 7700's. 4/1's were used on 2wds, unless the truck was 4wd and equipped with a plow package

If they are 1900lb load rating there are actually for a a SCAB 7700.

Wolvee Go with the 4/1. The ride is almost identical. I will see if I can find a picture of my SCAB when I was running 295's. Now the springs have sagged and i Need new torsion bars.

The Springs are Ordered. 4/1 #2200 springs from http://www.generalspringkc.com/product_p/43-1199hd.htm

Here's what I'm working with already.
3/1 Factory (Looks stock to me but I don't know much about all the options on these trucks.)

receipt shows 0.96 cubic yards of 3 way garden blend which weights 2k lbs per yard, so just under 2k lb of dirt. truck isn't squatting much because the leaf springs are pretty much sitting on the bottom bar as it is with no load.
