Default Ignition Coil

Ive been reading on here that alot of you are having to replace your coil packs. Around what mileage should i expect to do this repair

Can start having a little miss as early as 60k but usually closer to 100k.

i had to replace the coil pack on #4 (pass. side all the way in the back) and it was a huge pain in the *** and plus there expensive. but it went out when i had like 57,000 miles. i noted though it had like anti-freeze on it or some kinda slippery liquid on it i showed it to my mechanic he said the heater hoses tend to "sweat" sometimes on these trucks so just as a heads up it maybe something to check

temperature differences in the hoses and underhood temps are not exclusive to "these trucks" if your mechanic told you that, find another one.

3,4,5 coil packs are the most common to go out. if you want one to go out pray its the 5 haha, otherwise your gonna be doing alot of cussin to change the other two
