Default I want to get my truck level and raised a lil its a 2wd

Im trying to find the best yet cheapest way to get my 2000 f150 2wd level and raise it some jus to get it a lil higher off the ground. ive looked everywhere and haven't had any luck. Also tried adjustable coil spacers for the front but they don't work. considering 2 inch lowering shackles for rear and 2 or 3 inch body lift Im in collage and work at a grocery store lol so money is always in short supply i need to find a way to do this without spending thousands on its if possible. Any help on this? Ive heard a lot of good and bad stuff about body lifts so im unsure bout them

id go with new spindles in the front they make some that will give you 3.5 inches of lift on the fron and then id go with add a leaf in the back or either blocks all this could be done for about the same price of the body lift

i dont think that you would need new coil springs new shocks prolly wouldnt hurt anything and yeah you will have to have the alignment checked shouldnt be but about 50 for them to check that or if you look on ebay you might find a whole kit for your truck with everything in it

lol i have another stupid question what exactly does the spindle lift and blocks do. like the body lift raises the body from the frame and the suspention lift raises the frame from the axels. so what about the spindle lift
