Illegal..haha. but I have never heard of anyone getting pulled over for them. Don't buy the eBay kits.. I got 55w DDM Tuning 6000k Hi/Lo. They are great and I love the color, for the price people have told me they are equal to much more expensive kits. The shipping takes about 3 weeks tho. I had a ebay kit and they broke in a year. (Btw. 55w is like 40% brighter since other HIDs are only 35w

People with "HID's" in halogen lenses drive me nuts.
