Default I keep blowing ignition swith battery feed fuse #113

I keep blowing the 40A Ignition Switch Battery Feed (Run and Accessory Circuits) fuse. It is number 113 and runs my cruise, windows, radio, etc... I have no idea why it is doing it and have put 3 new fuses in it. If you could give me any help I would appreciate it. Thanks

If it blows without turning the ignition switch on, check the yellow wire that feeds the ignition switch for a short to ground. If it only blows with the key on, either the red/black or the black/light green wire from the ignition switch are shorted to ground. Whereever the harness can rub is where it is probably shorted. In the steering column is a good place to start.
