Default I have a problem with my truck

Well I was working on my fog lights and accidentally tap the bare wires together blowing something. I can't turn my dog lights on anymore does anyone have any idea what I did?

Have you checked the fuses?

Are they on a separate switch? If so might have burned out the switch or blown the bulbs.

Try taking an Ohm meter to the fuse responsible for the fog lights. I've seen bad fuses that didn't look bad. (If you don't know what i'm talking about: If you have 0 resistance you have a good fuse. Infinite resistance is a bad fuse)
If the fuses are in fact good then as others have said: yeah you have another issue wires/bulbs/switch
