I have abs codes c1155,c1145,c1230 and c1229 but no abs light. whats going on?
So I jump in my 2000 f150 5.4L 4x4 (not a daily driver by the way) and notice I have a service engine soon light on. I go to the local parts store to get some codes for the light and got:
c1155
c1145
c1230
c1229
After doing some research, I realized these codes are related to the abs system or a speed sensor issue. The funny thing is that my abs light has not come on, stayed on, or even flickered on the truck. I slammed on brakes and the abs system seems to be working just fine. (pulsing under heavy braking) My speedo is also working fine.
about 6 months ago I changed out the master cylinder and a couple weekends ago I fixed an exhaust leak at the collector where the headers end. Truck has 190k. I drive it at least once every 2 weeks and when track season is in, I tow my mustang to the track and we also tow a boat during the summer.
does anyone have a idea of what it could be?

These seem to be stored nuisance codes since your ABS is working properly and with no ABS light. The codes relate to lost input circuit to each of your sensors. Personally I wouldn't worry about it.
If your really concerned there is a cheap setup to clear the codes, and/or monitor the system. Check out the graphs I made on this thread: https://www.f150forum.com/f6/abs-rea...-graph-285893/
Already having a laptop available I found you can get a cheap (~$25) OBD interface and free software that allowed me to do that.

I guess I can get the codes cleared and report back. The CEL just popped up on day, I got it scanned and that's what codes came up. Also a O2 sensor which I ordered and will replace when it arrives
