Question I don't know what kind of lift I have

I recently bought a lifted 1998 F150. I took it to the mechanic and everything is sound except I will be needing ball joints soon. He said that I have to know what kind of lift kit I have on my truck so we know what to order. Can someone point me in the right direction to figure this out, I can post pictures of necassary.
Thanks

Is it 2wd or 4wd? Shouldnt really matter should use stock ball joint either way.

Well you definitly have a body lift, which has no effect on suspension components, but to tell what u have for suspension you will need to post pics of the front suspension.. ex. Spindles, lower control arms, coil springs etc.. you have a body and suspension lift combination btw the truck looks good

Truck looks good. It looks like it has aftermarket upper control arms also.

Looks like a 4-6" rancho lift with rancho 5000 shock(standard by rancho), and a 3" body lift. Trucks looks good man, nice buy. Just out of curiosity how big are the tires?
